When you work in the recruitment industry for 15 years, you get to meet a lot of interesting people and that is what I love about it. I have been fortunate to work in two of the biggest cities in the world, London and Los Angeles. I have built multiple teams, recruited in several different markets, trained hundreds of consultants, and made lifelong friendships along the way.

I made the leap across the pond from my home city to the West Coast over 6 years ago where I now live with my wife and two kids.

With raise, my vision is to create a team of talented individuals that value and invest in the relationships they are building. I firmly believe that the human element of recruiting should be at the forefront of the work we do.

Originally hailing from East Texas, I made my way out to Los Angeles shortly after graduating from the University of Kansas. Rock Chalk Jayhawk!

After many years on the road knocking on doors in outside sales, I found my passion in talent consulting for construction and real estate professionals.

What I love the most about the construction industry is the deep sense of pride in creating a tangible legacy, the importance of teamwork, and unbounded ingenuity.

Outside of work, I love spending time at the beach with friends, creating recipes with unexpected ingredients, reading literature that inspires new perspectives, hiking to catch an ocean view, hot yoga, and staying active. My greatest joy in life is to illuminate potential, create meaningful connections, and help to change people’s lives for the better.

Born and raised in Pasadena. Proud alumni of UC Santa Barbara, Go Gauchos!

After 4 incredible years living at the beach, I couldn’t leave and have settled in Santa Monica. I enjoy an active lifestyle, long beach days, cooking and baking for my friends and family, teaching hot yoga in my spare time, and trying new restaurants across Los Angeles.

I’ve specialized in construction and real estate recruitment in Orange County and have expanded to the Los Angeles and San Diego markets over the last 3 years. I absolutely love connecting with people by learning about their life stories, values, and dreams. It is my professional passion to help others achieve their goals by sharing opportunities and connecting them with like-minded organizations.

I believe life is all about creating memories and finding joy in the little things.

Consultant

I grew up in sunny Palm Springs and after graduating high school, I left the desert to play Division 1 Beach Volleyball at University of Hawaii – Manoa. After 7 beautiful years in the islands, I made my way back to California. 

Post college, I started off as a behavioral therapist for children with autism and later transitioned my career to become a refinance mortgage loan officer. After a successful career in the mortgage industry, I was exploring the market and found the right fit as a recruiter for construction and development at raise. 

I love traveling and with that comes the opportunity to witness the construction and design of some of the world’s greatest buildings. I love that I can now appreciate those structures even more and understand what it takes to bring them to life through the lens of the bright minds that built them from the ground up. 

As a former college athlete, nothing compares to being a part of a team working towards the same goal. Together everyone truly does achieve more. Having a purpose and making a difference in other's lives is my biggest passion.
